Hi Welcome to Wheat Allergy Problems.com and Gluten Free Solutions

We are a couple of people who just enjoy connecting with people and helping them with problems. One of us (ron)is affected by Wheat Allergy problems another is badly affected by gluten issues. Joyce (the latter person) ended up having to self diagnosis after being told by a unhelpful doctor that he did not believe the symptoms she was explaining to him. She then went to a new doctor who declared that everything was genuine and the tests previously carried out were not based n up-to date information. Neither of us are legally allowed to carry out a health diagnosis online so you will not find a full positive or negative answer but we will with the help of a large number of other readers do our best to guide you in the right direction based on our learning and our experience in these matters.
